Refund & Replacement Policy

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, opened or shipped peptides cannot be returned. However, we stand behind every shipment in the following cases:

• Damaged in transit. If your shipment arrives with a cracked vial, broken seal, or visibly compromised packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will ship a free replacement.

• Lost in transit. If tracking confirms your shipment was lost, we will reship at no charge once the carrier closes the investigation.

• Wrong item shipped. If we sent the wrong product, we cover the cost of the correct item plus return shipping on the original.

• Quality concerns. If you have a Certificate of Analysis question or a verifiable purity concern, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review the lot and replace if appropriate.

Unopened travel cases and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

To start any claim, email us with your order number and supporting photos. We aim to respond within one business day.

Quality & Specifications

Every batch is synthesized via solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) in controlled lab conditions, lyophilized under aseptic fill, and sealed in borosilicate vials with flip-top crimp caps.

Each lot is verified by:

• HPLC — purity confirmed at ≥99%

• Mass spectrometry (MS) — molecular identity and weight confirmed

• LAL endotoxin testing — batch-certified

• Certificate of Analysis — available per lot number on request

Travel case and pen colors are not guaranteed and are based on availability at time of purchase. If a specific color is required, add a note to your order in the cart before checkout, or message us right after placing the order.

Shipping & Cold-Chain Handling

• Method: USPS Priority Mail, 3-day delivery.

• Frozen storage: Lyophilized vials are stored at -20°C in our freezer until the moment they are packed and shipped, preserving stability for up to 5 years.

• Syringe-vial orders: ship as lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water on arrival.

• Pen-vial orders: pre-reconstituted at a 2:1 ratio before shipping. Reconstituted concentration is provided on the accompanying lot documentation.

Stability after receipt

• At -20°C (lab freezer): up to 5 years lyophilized.

• At 2–8°C (lab refrigerator): up to 6 months.

• At room temperature: stable for up to 6 weeks lyophilized.

• Once reconstituted: store at 2–8°C and utilize within 28–30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Must be kept below 40°F unless using within a few weeks of reconstitution.
