Refund & Replacement Policy
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, opened or shipped peptides cannot be returned. However, we stand behind every shipment in the following cases:
Damaged in transit. If your shipment arrives with a cracked vial, broken seal, or visibly compromised packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will ship a free replacement.
Lost in transit. If tracking confirms your shipment was lost, we will reship at no charge once the carrier closes the investigation.
Wrong item shipped. If we sent the wrong product, we cover the cost of the correct item plus return shipping on the original.
Quality concerns. If you have a Certificate of Analysis question or a verifiable purity concern, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review the lot and replace if appropriate.
Unopened travel cases and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
To start any claim, email us with your order number and supporting photos. We aim to respond within one business day.
